Since I work... (Verified Renter) Since I work an inordinate, and oftentimes from home, I need an environment that is quiet. The walls are extremely thin, and that is probably my biggest issue with the apartment. The appliances are fine, but not top quality, so that's a small pain point, too.
Move in specials... (Verified Renter) Move in specials could be better, but I am also moving a few weeks outside of the special and I feel that in the event I were to lock down an apartment in the time frame the special is going I should qualify as I am committing to being a resident there.

General maintenance of... (Verified Renter) General maintenance of the building is slow. Over 6 months to repair non-functioning light fixture in Stair Case C; non-functioning light fixture on parking level 2 for at least 3 months;
The leasing professional... (Verified Renter) The leasing professional was able to give me so much information by answering all of my questions, looking up things that she was not 100% clear on, and sharing her personal rental experience!

Overall this place... (Verified Renter) Overall this place is comfortable and quiet. My main complaints are the trash pickup is loud and several times a week early in the morning (4-6 am) and the parking garage. People speed through the garage without a care. I wouldn't be surprised if accidents haven't already occurred.
