READ THE FINE PRINT I spent over $5000 on flooring and dealt with Shawn. It has been the worst experience ever. Terrible Customer Service - Don't Be Deceived - They Only Care About Your Money They sold carpet to me that was not enough to complete the total area the carpet was meant for. Shawn came to do measurement and said the carpet was not enough and wanted me to buy another carpet that was above my budget. I mentioned I was not in position to buy carpet above my budget. Flooring purchase and installation If you have a tight budget do not spend your time with Diverse Flooring. 6 months, missed appointments, original quote not honoured, refused to complete order when we refused "extras"

Laminate / Tile the basement Super friendly staff - Just dont expect results! They will get the job done for you - How they want it done! I ordered a product and on the day that it was to be delivered they call 5 mins before delivery to=ime and told me that they dont have that product in stock (we had ordered it 4 months prior). had carpets installed and laminate on whole main level great service to start with , very friendly , asked lots of questions , looking back now think too friendly!!! ... they had deadline to meet as i had short window from possession to moving in , but they gave installer day off , which meant i paid extra for quick drying levelling compound to meet my deadline , the invoices kept changing and price went up , delays in getting things fixed , next time i will have someone with me who understands invoices ,,my first reno on my... read more
