We just recently purchased our first home and the floors needed to be redone. We spoke with Todd in the showroom and with his help choose a beautiful laminate flooring for our living room, dining room and kitchen. We also picked out carpet for our 3 bedrooms and vinyl for the 2 bathroom floors. From walking into the Diverse Flooring showroom and meeting Shawn, to dealing with Todd re options for the installation to finally the actual laying of the carpet by Yanni(sp) and his partner, the entire experience was easy and seemless. They had a great selection and they were extremely knowledgeable about what carpet would best meet our families needs for years to come. We’ve dealt with Todd at Diverse Flooring a few years ago for our business and we decided to use them again for our home. Did not regret it! Todd is honest and he always keeps you in the loop. His guys showed up and finished the job according to schedule. I like that Todd followed up with us after the install by personally coming over to inspect the work, making sure everything is done to the highest standard. We’ll not hesitate to recommend them.
