Kitchen Renovation Shawn was a pleasure to deal with. He was professional, friendly and accommodating. Townhouse Carpet Upstairs and Vinyl Plank on Main-floor I hired Diverse flooring to install new carpet to the upstairs bedrooms in my townhouse. Condo carpeting We recently hired Diverse to finish off the stair well and landings in our condo. We have been back in our building for just over a year after our building was destroyed by fire in 2016. The original contractor did not carpet the bottom two set of stairs and landings. Diverse was able to source and install the exact carpet. Installation was fast and precise. The job looks great and matches the existing placed two years ago. Thanks so much for an excellent job.

New Carpet in Master Bedroom We chose to go with Diverse Flooring because of the reviews on Homestars. They replaced our carpeting 18 months ago. We were very happy with the service, and the product we chose. The installation was fast and professional. I didn't want to post a review immediately because I wanted to see how the carpet held up and should there be any problems, I wanted to see how Diverse would handle things. Excellent product, Excellent service We were in a bit of a bind as a contractor had let us down. So we went in to get some carpet that was in stock and they had excellent quality and selection available. They came to our home and measured right away. And the installer had the carpet installed within two days. Very pleasant, very professional. We love our carpet. The quality, colour and install our fantastic.

carpet Installation Very happy with the service from Diverse. Right from the start, Darrell was efficient and thorough-always followed through on answering questions I had. Excellent communication throughout via email/text or phone. The two men who installed the carpets were complete pros. Glad to see that Diverse hires quality people. My only suggestion for improvement is to accept credit card payment option either online by phone or via portable credit card unit at home as it would have been easier for us.
