Very interesting... she took the time to tell me all about her cosmetic clinic, didn't bother to read my charts and wrote a referral for a Pap.... I had a radical hysterectomy about 6 years ago, so nothing to Pap. I was rushed out, and about three blocks away I realized I was rushed so fast that I didn't get to ask for a prescription that I needed. Under duress she wrote them. Dr. Averilla refused to see me for my scheduled appt. (which had to be scheduled 3 months in ADVANCE, due to her chronically OVERbooked clinic on Sahara). She refused to see me based on her receptionist's assertion that I was "15 minutes late," when indeed I was exactly on time. Dr. Averilla did not even communicate her refusal to see me in person... she had her receptionist deliver the message. The smug and unhelpful receptionist did not even offer to re-book me!
