Our son was tested this afternoon for COVID-19 at Doctor's Urgent Care in Plymouth, our first time visiting this clinic. We do not have the results as of yet, however, up to this point this Urgent Care has been professional and pleasant to work with. Many thanks to the staff! We will return!

Great location! Very good environment and staff is very efficient and friendly. The provider Emily and the MA Amanda made me feel comfortable and welcome. They throughly explained everything and made sure to answer any questions I had. The visit was a great experience. I highly recommend them for urgent care needs!!

I have been here several times for urgent care. No appointment is needed. It is very convenient and good service. Doctors and nurses are very friendly.
The doctor that did my video chat was very kind and asked a lot of good questions!
Although I waited 2 hours to be tested, the staff were friendly and efficient. I wish the rapid results were not $100. I have not yet received my results so I am not able to rate or give feedback on that area. I appreciate the option to pre-register. The staff over the phone were kind and helpful.
