First time here in last two days. I brought in two different pets with two different temperaments and sizes. They were reasonable in wait time and I had called ahead of time and made appointment. The staff obviously knew what they were doing. The vets two different ones were both professional , despite our smaller dogs behavior. They were quick to let me know about a nice savings I could do on purchase of Trifexa. All staff including front desk very professional and friendly. We will continue to bring our pets here.
Well appt was for 4 it’s now 5 and I’m still waiting. Not nice and I’m not happy. My time is valuable also. I gave it. 3 Star cause I’m still waiting and don’t know what vet is like. Oops passed not happy!!!!
We absolutely love Dale & Mike. Things are changing. 40-50 minute waits for not our docs.
We love Dr. Hughes and the care and empathy he shows towards our furry-legged babies. He has been our vet since adopting our first dog over ten years ago. We were also very satisfied with our first visit at Doddridge Animal Clinic. We were greeted right away and all questions asked were answered.
