We went looking for assisted living for mom. Everyone was very welcoming and answered all our questions. We feel very comfortable with here living here and being looked after at the level she will need.

Very nice facility with a great location. The staff is polite, accommodating, and always welcoming when I visit. The services provided are excellent, and the moms room is a wonderful addition. Overall, a very positive experience. Thank you.

Dogwood Trail fit all our needs. The staff is exceptional and the facility is clean and inviting. We made the right choice for our brother. The care is excellent. Thank you for helping our family.

We have had a great experience with everything except that residents are allowed to constantly wander unmonitored from room to room and take things that belong to other residents. Staff is not concerned and blows it off. Every time we go more things are missing so we have stopped bringing things that we know will keep her comfortable because it will be taken.

The price, location, cleanliness, services offered and people are why we chose it. I would recommend to a friend but tell them to stay involved, visit frequently and keep close tabs on everything.Friendly staff and residents for the most part and a lot of activities and services available.

Very friendly staff. Memory care area a bit isolated but rooms nice and large. Food in memory care was not that great and served on paper plates and didn't seem very nutritious. Director was very nice and easy to work with.

They were very friendly and helpful with my decision making process. I wanted my mom to be in a good place. They were instrumental in helping me understand this was best for my mom and me.

They have a really good program, and they take a lot of time to explain things throughout the the whole process, which is really helpful. Every one of the staff we've worked with has been fantastic. They always take the time to make sure we understand what's happening and that we get updates. They have great communication. The care has been good, and my dad seems to be happy.
