They have a really good program, and they take a lot of time to explain things throughout the the whole process, which is really helpful. Every one of the staff we've worked with has been fantastic. The staff has been wonderful through this pandemic. I have been here for 6 years and I am very happy. They always take care of us.
I like it there they do what they say they are going to do and they always keep the place clean.
They offer a few daily activities and mom likes to participate in some of them. The staff are willing to do what needs to be done. The community is well maintained and I would recommend it. Mom seems to like the food.
They've been excellent. They've been very helpful, and patient with her, as she does a lot of complaining. They have referred us to doctors we needed, as this is a new area, and we don't know anyone up there. I can't complain; they've been great on everything.
