Finally got over there to give it a try, and it was ok. Frisch's with a different name it is not. Our waitress was nice and did a good job. I got the super signature, which I thought was going to be the equivalent of a super big boy, but it's not. Instead of thicker patties, they just put two on, so it's 4 burger patties. It's too thick and you can't really bite it. It's also a mess because of how big and unwieldy it is. The taste is excellent, but nothing like a big boy. The fries were very soggy and not good. To be honest, I'd have given Frisch's the same rating... I will say the Signature (Big Boy) was tastier and had thicker, beefier patties than Frisch's. The fries were pretty good and the service was great.

My family and I came in to have brunch together at this restaurant. Gabby was our server and she did an excellent job considering the chaos that was around. The other servers all stand around talking about each other and management appears as if they aren't putting in any effort. The kitchen was extremely backed up so it took forever to get the food. This place needs a whole makeover... including management.

Went through the drive-through. The signature burger was good, tasted pretty much like a Big Boy! Coleslaw was ok, but it needed to be a little more creamy. Fries were soggy and underdone. Onion rings were very crispy, but didn't have much flavor. The worst thing was the Best Cheeseburger on the Planet, which was far from. The burger was burnt up to a crisp, and the meat tasted low-quality. They've only been open a week, so we'll give them some time to work through the problems!

I couldn't finish the burger. It was dry, overcooked and disgusting. Double the price of Frisch's. Go get your car washed instead.

I wait a couple of weeks to let them get the kinks worked out. I went through the drive through ordered the signature combo asked to up grade to onion rings girl did not know how to do that. I thought the signature burger was going to be like a big boy but unfortunately it came out with 4 thin patties that were salty and burnt on the edges. I had to take 2 of the patties off other wise I couldn't have gotten it in. Instead of 4 patties I would like to see them go back to 2 patties like back in the 70's big boy. Their em... read more
