It's day 4 of the opening and they were packed with a wait. For the one comment about the food taking long, when they first open and it's crowded it going to be slow what do you expect??? I got the salad bar add on since there was going to be a wait. It was okay, no one was attending it, so there was no soup. Small for what they were charging for the add on. Dolly's is filling the gap of the closing of 60 Frisch's Big Boy restaurants. There are plans to reopen 55 former Frisch's Big Boy locations under the "Dolly's" name. For those who are unfamiliar with Big Boy lore, Dolly is the name of Big Boy's girlfriend in the comic book series. The menu is very, very similar to Frisch's.
