Dr. Gillespie and his staff were wonderful in taking care of our baby (Toby-cat). They were an exceptional local vet. Everyone was kind, efficient and competent. I had given them a 5 star review on Google, but, unfortunately, had to lower it for the following. Dr. Moss misdiagnosed my cat and Dr Gillespie does not seem to be there anymore. I changed my 5-star review because the previous doctor was a good, professional, and experienced veterinarian, but this new one they have now is arrogant and doesn't listen. He's a know-it-all who makes you feel stupid, and worst of all, he wants to charge you for everything, even breathing. This veterinary clinic is destined to fail.

Really disappointed with this practice. We have been taking our animals here for several years. Recently my cat became ill and we needed him to be seen as it was an emergency. I called first thing in the morning and was told they were booked. Was put on hold after explaining the situation and was told the doctor said to go to an ER, they were too busy. I asked if I could bring him in the next day? Nope, too busy. Was told that I could call at exactly 8:30 am and try to get a same day appointment. There was no compassion or ... read more

If you want to have your pet seen by an uncaring veterinarian this is your vet . They saw our dog last week and the only correspondence we had was me calling about test results . Never in my all my years of owning a dog and seeing a veterinarian that I had a veterinarian not call to see how their patient is doing .

I live very close to this clinic so it was super convenient. We have used them since they opened. They are nice and very knowledgeable but every time I take my dog there the bill adds up to $1000. Tests for this and tests for that and all the dog had was a case of diarrhea. If they sold tummy pills for dogs at PetSmart it would be OK but we have to go to vets to get the simplest remedy. Imagine having a thousand dollars of testing the next time you have an upset tummy.....that goodness for pepto! Bottom line....great vet....... read more

My experience was absolutely terrible with the Office Manager Michelle Bevahouse. After I noticed that I was charged in error I called the office and spoke to Michelle who proceeded to speak down to me on the phone, proceeded to be extremely rude to me for inquiring about my charges which were much higher from what I was quoted. I was also charged for a nail trim (which I did not request) and then she hung up on me. Very disappointing customer service indeed.
