My experience with Dr. Howard was pleasant. Her staff was amazing and very efficient.

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Howard and her staff. I have had two colonoscopies over the years and Dr. Howard and her staff manage to make an experience which could be embarrassing and scary, completely safe, pain free and private. The facilities are super clean and comfortable and everyone is so kind. Pre-procedure and post visits are easy to schedule. Her office staff is very efficient and I have never had to wait for more than 15 minutes for my appointment.
I don't know. She yelled at me during the appointment because I went to take notes on my phone. It seems she thought I was going to look up the condition she was suggesting, so she said something like, I'm the doctor, I'll tell you what you have, put that away. It just all seemed super rushed, defensive, and unnecessarily combative... sigh... but she did recommend me to a truly awesome colorectal specialist, so I guess it was a win.
Dr. Howard is exceptionally personally; engaging and sensitive in conveying medical information as well as very professional After a recent procedure, I was impressed with Dr. Howard's decision to share information personally rather than over the telephone. That decision spoke well of this doctor well as the level of genuine concern and guidance given. Dr. Howard came recommended and I am not at all disappointed and would definitely recommend her services.
I had my first colonoscopy with Dr. Howard soon after my father died in a routine medical procedure. I was anxious about the procedure and Dr. Howard was incredibly patient and kind and put me at ease. In addition to having excellent patient communication skills (something critical I think for a doctor who is dealing with nervous patients like myself) she is very professional, personal, and competent. My husband needed colonoscopy this year so he went to her - she and her team are wonderful
Dr Howard was scheduled to perform a colonoscopy this morning. The head of anesthesiology was supposed to provide instructions because I suffer from migraines that get worse with fasting and anesthesia. There was a communication breakdown, Dr Howard didn't speak with the anesthesiologist and I became very sick at the office and they didn't have the correct meds to treat me.Dr Howard was rushed and not kind.
