Tracy Smith is a Great Service Advisor. Away from home with a coolant leak and a broken suspension link. He got us written up, diagnosed and repaired overnight. We were already sked to stay in the DC area for a few days so no problem. Don Beyer of Dulles is a Great Volvo dealership.
They need to hire new mechanics. In one month I had to take my car twice. I picked up the car and the next day the engine light came on and they didn't want to waive the analyzer fee. I sold the car and bought a Honda. I will miss Ali, service representative, for sure.
