I made the appointment using the My Volvo app on my phone. The new maintenance portal made it easy to review the maintenance needed and I was able to approve or deny the services. The loaner car provided was brand new and a pleasure to drive. My car was finished timely and was washed for my pickup.
We had our first service on a Volvo XC-40 Recharge. Everything went well and our Service Advisor (Debbie) kept us well informed on the progress.
