Generally, service was ok, but when making my appointment on the Volvo website, I was offered and selected a courtesy loaner car. On a couple of reminders from the dealership about my appointment, it was noted that I had a courtesy loaner car. However, when dropping the car off for my appointment, I was told, oh no, we dont have loaner cars. Debbie was extremely helpful as usual! I got in and out quickly this morning and really appreciate having her as our service rep! I have not been very satisfied with this dealership in the past but because of the service I get from Debbie, I will continue to be a loyal Beyers customer.
