Extremely pleasant! Great service advisor, Ali Ziaii. I found him to be a very nice person and I enjoyed our interaction. The service was performed quickly and with no delays. They also, treated the car as if it was their own (covered seats, steering wheel, etc.). You could not even tell they were inside the vehicle, with the exception they found $10 dollars I apparently dropped, which fell under the seats. So, their HONESTY rates them 5 stars by its self. The best service I ever had in the 50 years of car ownership.
