Service at Don Beyer Volvo - Dulles was great. From the time I checked in, communication was clear and open. Tracy was great from start to finish. He was extremely professional. Once we sorted out which kind of steering wheel my car had, everything went very smoothly. Service wait time was less than I had been led to expect. Always a nice outcome.
Always five stars at Don Beyer Volvo - Dulles. Went in for a safety inspection, which was complimentary since I bought my car there. They also asked if I wanted a complimentary car wash! Of course I do :-)
As always the service couldn't have been better! They keep my 2003 V70 running like new(240000 miles). I bought my first volvo a 1970 145s and have not driven anything other than a Volvo since. Thanks everyone !
Jamr was an excellent sales person. He was very helpful. Explained all the features. There was no pressure. Sales Manager Anthony was very calming. He didnt try to pressure me. It was the easiest car sale ever. It was a very pleasant experience and didnt take all day. Would definitely recommend buying a car from this team! Excellent experience!
The experience was very good, but the overall ambience of the dealership could have been better. VW seems to make the dealer experience better, despite having cheaper cars.
