My opinion, only shop to use if you have a Volvo. Are they perfect? of course not, but they stand behind their work, will do whats necessary to make it right when theres an issue, and their customer care and friendly approach provide the complete Volvo service package. My service advisor is Ali is a complete professional.

My experience was great thanks to Ali! I had a dead battery that wouldn't keep a charge, so once I got the car started, I called Don Beyer right before they closed to let them know I was dropping off the car. Ali was great about answering the phone and advising where I should leave it at the dealership as I pulled up. He also checked the history to hypothesize whether it might be the battery or another issue. i highly recommend Don Beyer and specifically Ali as your serivce manager. Thx Ali!
