Tracy Smith (my service representative) is great. He quickly scheduled my appointment after I texted him and he had a loaner car ready for me within minutes. I so greatly appreciate Tracy's prompt action and personable professionalism. He's the best. My car began needing service over the weekend before I was leaving on an out of town trip on Monday - Friday. I was in a panic, but Tracy made getting the car checked out, repaired and providing me a loaner so easy. Bless Tracy!
