The people at Don Beyer, especially Debbie Stack, were wonderful! It's strange though that my nearly-new Volvo would need a significant repair. Fortunately it was covered by the warranty.

I had a great experience buying my Volvo XC90 from Beyer Volvo.
I went in for an emissions inspection and casually mentioned that my TPMS was incorrectly showing a problem. The service team took care of that as well and explained clearly why I had that problem. Great service. (I passed the inspection, too.)
Everyone was very good during the shopping, and very good after the sale. They spent a huge amount of time with us making sure the car was all set up and that we understood all the features and controls.
