Routinely, and in times of real need, Don Beyer, and service rep Ali Ziaii, have come through for our family at the highest level of competence, courtesy and profession performance. We have dealt with DB for over 20 years, Ali for a few less, and have never been disappointed. Getting to know a good service rep well over a extended period of time has been a winning situation for us. Because of our history in this situation I cannot imagine moving our business elsewhere.
