Dayton Goodman is an awesome salesman!! When we were getting financed, some of the banks APR'S coming back to us were completely unacceptable.....Dayton worked hard to get us the APR we wanted....we'll be customers for life now!! Would quite literally never recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. We purchased a used vehicle from them, and had it sent through service and detailing TWICE, and it’s been less than a month & we are changing fuel filters, air filters, fixing simple A/C problems that the service department should have caught after the 3rd time of bringing it back in. Nice people to talk to far better then Happy Kia who I would not reccomend cause I bought a vehicle from that dealership and they knew it had title issues yet sold the car to me anyway and never actually let me pick out the vehicle I wanted and the car was in a previous accident with the bumper and had $4000 in damages which insurance told me this when we went to get insurance on the car and not once did happy Kia provide me with a car fax report and they instead pushed me into a car note of almost $652 a month so yes everyo... read more
A place of business that operates without ethical boundaries and is motivated purely by greed and selfishness. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this business to my worst enemy. I’d pay double the price of a vehicle rather than grant this organization the opportunity to lie, manipulate, or disrespect my family or myself ever again
WORST COMPANY TO BUY A VEHICLE FROM!! I am not the person to complain on social media but this was by far the worst customer service I have ever seen by a sales department. It’s too much to even type out but I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!

Went with my mom to buy her new truck September 28th. She still hasn’t received any of the advertised gift certificates and is getting ghosted by her salesman about it, who promised her TWO because of the delay. If you don’t stand by your word, how can we expect you to stand by your product? Some more better deal 👎🏻 Do not recommend this dealership for cash customers. They don’t know how to handle a straight purchase.
I’ve bought two new vehicles from here! The first experience was amazing thanks to my friend Clark Shores. However this last experience a month ago was a nightmare! I was lied to throughout my deal, given the run around. I was in literal tears because of the third party company that was there helping sell!
