The guys in finance were jerks. The salesman was awesome, Moore has always had our business but we will not be going back.
This review is not so much based on the sales portion, but the character of the business. I recently had my jeep at the service department. I will come back to that after I make my main complaint (what you're here for) although the vehicle was not repaired (my judgment call). The issues comes when I come to pick up my vehicle. I called the day before and paid over the phone so that I could just grab my keys from the receptionist and load my jeep onto a trailer (the jeep is drive-able). Service department is horrible you would expect the dealership to be able to troubleshoot problems on a truck with only 30k miles Made an appointment over a week ahead of time for them to not even look at it until the next day. The problems they weren’t willing to spend the time on have been brought up to two other dealerships and they have no problem looking at them. It’s sad when you spend 25,000 for a truck and nothing but trouble out of it since we bought it. Sensor was gone off of it so apparently it was not checked very well . That little part has screwed up the entire truck . Paid to have it put back on ran fine for a week. Now we are out over almost 1000.00 and now y’all want another 1500.00. Texas has a LEMON LAW.
Be careful with the sharky salesman. I went in with my own loan from USAA and he goes in the back office and runs my credit out the wazzoo checking for better interest rates, when I had my own loan. Then to top it all off, they did not even use my loan to pay for the car. The contract typed up was with US Bank. Pain in my booty. Will not do business with again.
I feel like I deserve an apology! Not one finance person ever came in the room the entire time I was there . 3 hours wasted here .
