The amount of request that was needed when information was already sent. When account was transfer over to Donna there seem to be lack of communication in between with what was already processed. Overall it didn’t go smooth as it was expected to be!

There was a lack of communication and no one was on the same page about when we were getting keys or when it was time to close. If we got updates and we didn't have to constantly call or reach out to figure out what was going on the experience would have been way better. There was just a lack of communication.

Our first agent, Brian, made us miss the window for a lower interest rate. His supervisor switched us to Donna. At first she was impatient and borderline rude when we asked her questions. She did better after I called her attention to it. Near the end, my daughter-in-law, Rohina, had to call Donna numerous times to make certain our closing date wouldn’t be postponed. Better communication from Donna would improve our experience. There were too many times when we would ask for clarification on something and not get a clear answer. It was frustrating because we were under the impression that we were doing everything we needed to do and then there would be something else we missed, making us doubt wether or not we would actually be able to close on our home.
