Please do not use NetPromotor score. The math is fundamentally flawed and gives a skewed view of your customer base. Donna was great, we had more interaction with Cristina Hinman and Alex Natour and they were great as well. They were all patient with us as nervous co-buyers. And they were very responsive to our inquiries and requests. Thanks to all for the help in this process.
