We've eaten here many times and everything was always great including the friendly service. Our server was a bit slow and not very attentive. Granted, it was a Saturday night but it took awhile for the server to get our order. Our food came quickly (served by another person who was much friendlier). Quickly seated, friendly staff, nice wine selection, great food
I've been here several times but we came in last night and the service was so subpar. The waitress corrected how I pronounced a pasta which seemed super rude. I asked for a wine recommendation and she told me the most expensive option without asking for my preferences or what I might typically order. Lastly, my mom's steak came out not cooked the way she wanted (medium rare) and the manager came over to dispute my mom's assertion of the steak being medium rare. Excellent food, service and ambience. Definitely added to my list of favourite restaurants in the Bay Area. We went with our 5 month old for the first time and they were very accommodating to fit us in with her stroller. Service was timely and attentive even though they seemed moderately busy over the weekend.
