I really wanted more cash out to do some renovations that I made mention and I didn't get that amount which made me very disappointed 😔 other than that Mr. Dorian Fedrick was very professional and he really helped me to make this loan possible, good luck to you and your Company in the future.

Dorlan was FANTASTIC, very likely the BEST mortgage broker I have EVER dealt with I have NO complaints with Dorlan My issue is with the checks coming "overnight" that as of ONE WERK LATER have STILL not arrived to do the payoffs This is extremely frustrating, as bills are still being paid, so checks eill not be correct Again, Dorlan is AWESOME!
