Our initial loan application process was extremely frustrating due to lack of communication and explanation of the process. The experience with KBHS was largely why we considered walking away from our purchase altogether. Ultimately, Doug and Bruce Million did sith down in person with myself, my husband, and our sales team to discuss the initial breakdowns. We did decide to move forward, rerun the application, and received an approval.
