Doug has great customer service skills....he listens well to concerns and offers advice or takes corrective action. It's been a pleasure working with him. He helped make the whole KB experience a positive one.
Doug was extremely patient and very informative. Communicated with us often and always so pleasant.
Doug was always available, and even when he wasn't he made sure to respond to missed calls and e-mails. Doug is very knowledgeable and answered questions I had with ease. He even helped us close 3 days early on our home! We thank Doug and appreciate all his hard work and support throughout this process.
