He was available by text or email any time, frequently updated us on interest rate changes and factors, and thoroughly explained all of the steps, documents, etc that would be involved with the loan process. His team is fantastic and they even got a previously delayed closing (not their fault) expedited and ready to go two days earlier than expected.
