The process went very smooth right up until scheduling the loan signing. It became very cumbersome. Both of us were receiving calls, emails and texts at the same time requesting the same info. I would confirm a signing date and time, then somebody else would call to schedule. This happened 3 different times. Mass confusion...

Communication- more & timely. Keeping both husband & I on all emails would’ve been very helpful. Expected wiring instructions & copy of all documents at signing. I had to reach out 3 days after signing to find out what the instructions were. Then we rec’d 2 different sets. W/your company expecting the $ the day after we rec’d 2 sets of instructions; had to cancel our bank appt in order to receive clarification of which instructions to follow. Delay in response kept husband @bank over an hour.
