Doug was great and did everything he could to ways get us an answer :) However Carol our first loan processor called way too much to check in, then would get annoyed if we didn’t have questions for her. Our new processor who we got moved to was nice and got the ball rolling at first when we came to the 30 day before close but ended up being super last minute with docs needed and it because an inconvenience with moving us back to underwriting because she forgot to ask for something 2 days before we were supposed to close.
