The process went excellent
Doug is the man. Held excellent communication throughout the entire process. Doug is also very informative when it comes to unfamiliar processes and terms. Even through the small hiccup that we had, Doug solved all problems immediately and went above and beyond to make sure things were made right.
Doug communicated clearly and quickly with each step. I received videos informing me of what to expect next. I like the modern technology. He was available to answer all questions and listened to my concerns.
Doug has been great throughout the whole process. Would recommend him to anyone in the future.
