Doug is amazing! So very personable and easy to talk to. He took care of my home purchase loan 5.5 years ago and did a great job--then took the initiative to reach out to me about refinancing. Gave a time frame of the whole process. Broke it down in sections so I had to do or get documents but not all at once so that I would be overwhelmed. Communication was good responded when they received items at the same time letting me know what was still needed in one email so it was not pressure. Gave me time to still live and deal with my life with the understanding that it was up to me to get what was needed and that they were there to answer questions and keep me on the timeline.

Doug is so easy to work with. He is never condescending and is able to explain things in terms I understand. I trust him.
