This is the 3rd mortgage I've done with Doug. I've got a weird schedule ad he's there for me when I need help. He answers the phone at 7am and at 10pm. I call and he's there to walk me thru the process and he makes my life easy. Also, if he says he's going to do something, then by gawd he does it. I don't have to call and nag him 3 times about it to get it done. He's prompt - through - knows how to get things done - and on top of that he's got a great sense of humor so it's not all boring #s.
