I wish Doug was more hands on it's crazy hes getting a cut of the loan when he literally did nothing, he didn't even show up to closing, but send me to the furrhest one away because he's worked with Sheila before . I think Kris Imel deserves recognition, she was absolutely incredible, we corresponded from beginning to end. I tried reaching out to Lara Taylor about her but kept getting her voicemail.

Listen to customer feedback and address it when the issue is brought up. Even the small things can leave a poor taste in most mouths.

Internal communication, had to provide 3 times the same info. Questions were asked which indicated that my material was not read. When asked if we could delay closing until we are back from vacation the answer was; not, turned out to be false we were able to extend.

Much of the process was led by an outsourced solution, and the representative from that group did not communicate effectively nor did he know the facts of the situation before requesting information. Very poor process management for gathering documents.
