"Good service " Service was GREAT. However, the surveys requiring a 25 word minimum is a bit irritating. I have no problem giving 5 stars all around for great service and I’m not afraid to not give those stars when not deserved but making a survey require a word minimum gets ONE star. Aside from the survey, service is always great.

"Transmission went out on my 2014 Nissan" Service department was awesome my transmission went out however, Nissan ended up covering most of the costs on it and they replaced it with a brand new transmission literally in 2 days once the transmission came in from Georgia or wherever it was shipped from! Received my car back and it purs Like a Kitten! No problems thus far and it is covered fro 5 years!!!! Thank you Downey Nissan!
"Oil change" Great customer service! All employees were very kind and helpful. Service was fast and efficient. I was notified of status of work being done and even given a video detailing the inspection of my car as it was being done!
"Absolutely best service ever" Randy Toro and the whole service team is the best service team I ever had I highly recommend them to anyone who has a issue with there car you will get it back running like new again
