I have not been going to Downs for very long, but my husband has been going for years. David said that if I gave them a chance I would like them. I had to reschedule twice and they did not get an attitude as some offices do? They were understanding and helped me make a new appointment without any issues. The lady that I seen this time was professional and did the best impressions I have ever had done. And I promise I have had a lot! I really think that my teeth are going to turn out perfectly!!!
