Alice is wonderful! She makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. She tells me what areas I should focus on cleaning and educates me on methods I should use. Alice always gives me great samples to try at the end. I also love being greeted by Chin's smiling face. She is lovely!
The staff was professional and friendly. And they tried to make the experience as comfortable as possible. I would recommend Downtown Dentistry to my friends and associates.
The dental assistant and the person who took my xray was excellent. Unfortunately, I hated the experience with the main dentist, Dr. Michelle Fung. Her time to explain procedures to me was unsatisfactory. I was depressed after returning home. WILL NOT recommend her to anyone.
