Very professional and knowledgeable staff!!
In addition to the usual x-rays, Gisele, Samuel and Sebastien had to have profile shots taken with a plastic lip/mouth-spreader. This tool was placed in clumsily by a technician and hurt Sebastien's gums, and caused bleeding, and later cankers. This was absolutely unnecessary. Yolanda, however, was wonderful as usual.
Before Downtown Dentistry, I had a real phobia about dentists. My childhood dentist and other dentists along the way seemed more concerned about the procedure and getting to the next patient than the needs of the person in the chair. I went to this office to get a second opinion and realized that there was a whole other approach to dentistry I had never seen before. Lovely and professional care
Alice is wonderful! She makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. She tells me what areas I should focus on cleaning and educates me on methods I should use. Alice always gives me great samples to try at the end. I also love being greeted by Chin's smiling face. She is lovely!
The staff was professional and friendly. And they tried to make the experience as comfortable as possible. I would recommend Downtown Dentistry to my friends and associates.
