I have been a patient of Dr Chan for at least over 15 yrs. I am proud of her professionalism and exceeding expectation of her dental service, including her staff.
I have been going to Downtown Dentistry for a few years and was recently there to have periodontal surgery by “Wonder Girl “ Dr. Chan. The moment you walk into the office, there is a professional and “open arms welcome “ by all staff. Also, the recently installed air purification system provides a relaxing environment. I look forward to many dental visits to Dr. “ Wonder Girl “ Chan, staff and clean air.
I enjoyed the noisy one. Dr. Chan is very very professional. I am a person that doesn't like needles and Dr. Chan knows how to work around my situation. I have been seeing her for many many years and I would not have another person touch my mouth.
Of course I will share a review. I usually dont for anything. Can't be bothered. I chose this clinic after careful consideration. Lovely. ( I fly 4.5 hrs out the country to see my chiro. So I'm super fussy about my health care team. )This clinic is excellent. .same gal cleaned my teeth as last time. Elaine. She praised my gums..said they had improved. Yolanda and Dr. Chan are wonderful. You just know you are in good hands. They are witty and warm and give you honest advice. The front staff are great as well. I highly recommend this clinic.
Answers all questions and listens and provides relevant, timely, useful information in a patient way. Easy going. All hygienists take excellent care, from the warm water rinse requested, to the heated blanket provided on chilly days, they take care of everything to ensure my experience is pleasant and exactly what I need. Thanks everyone!
