Safety was a consideration at every stage. A lot of thought was evident in how staff and clients communicate and how processes needed to be modified. From the perspective of someone who has profound hearing loss, there can be even more the strategies put into place to ensure safety. Masks were on, but we're pulled down because listeners experienced difficulty hearing well. Plexiglass was by-passed in order to do payment or to hear well. There are ways and means to improve these deficiencies.

I cannot speak more highly of Dr. Chan and team. I am a very nervous dental patient but Dr. Chan has been phenomenally understanding and reassuring, and does a great job. In addition, her staff is just as caring and helpful as she is (e.g., Dr. Kim, Lida, Chin, Marsha and more). While I still get a tad bit nervous before an appointment, but I am keeping them because I know I am in good hands.

Dr. Chan and the whole group are amazing. Super professional and charming dentists. As soon as you walk in this clinic you know you are in the hands of the best in Toronto. They changed my life by recommending a mouth guard rather than a c-pap machine.

I’ve been going to Downtown Dentistry for about fifteen years, after trying out other dental offices. I am a really anxious patient who has a big aversion to dental appointments. Downtown Dentistry has changed that over the time I have been with them with their competence and their attention to patient needs. Dr. Chan has looked after my family for 25+ years and is excellent!! She is professional, thorough. innovative and her staff are amazing! We highly recommend her as she is honest and always caring for her patients!!!

I have been a patient for over 10 years. The office is using the latest technologies. The environment is so calm and professional. Yolanda is the best hygienist out there. Does a through but gentle cleaning and is so knowledgeable in the area of dental care. I highly recommend her.

I was pleasantly pleased to have Dr. Baker whom I had never met before. I feel like she will not use the typical scare tactics on me and I appreciate that a lot. Two things though: 1. When people enter the the office it would be nice to be welcomed and confirmed that you know who I am and whom I'm seeing. 2. The waiting time once called into a room was nearly 25 mins. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

Dr. Fung was incredible from the minute we met but the incredible service began from the person who answered the phone. I am a new patient and had a painful emergency situation. They were able to get me in quickly and literally saved me during a difficult time. I highly recommend Dr. Fung and the entire team at Downtown.

Dr. Reddy provided dental treatment that was second to none. He delivered my Invisalign case and answered all of my questions with his expertise. It was a very comfortable experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Reddy and the wonderful staff at Downtown Dentistry to everyone. Top notch dentist and dental office!
