Dr. B is a miracle worker in just 3 visits she replaced my 30 year old bridge. I am so happy with the results! Ingrid is so lovely and talented, she always made sure I was comfortable. KiKi is amazing and made me feel so welcome, I wish I had done my dental procedure sooner I am so pleased !
Yolanda is taking care of my teeth more than 10 years. She is a loving, caring, professional and friendly human being. I am so lucky to have her as my hygienist , she is more than that to me. Every time I see her I really feel blessed ,she takes very good care of my teeth and I am very thankful for whatever she does so caringly for her patients. I’ve heard so many good things about Dr. Chan and the dental clinic from my good friend Miley , who has been working there. I feel so lucky that I could finally find such a great dental office that offer great dental services! You would not regret every penny you spent over there.

Safety was a consideration at every stage. A lot of thought was evident in how staff and clients communicate and how processes needed to be modified. From the perspective of someone who has profound hearing loss, there can be even more the strategies put into place to ensure safety. Masks were on, but we're pulled down because listeners experienced difficulty hearing well. Plexiglass was by-passed in order to do payment or to hear well. There are ways and means to improve these deficiencies.
I cannot speak more highly of Dr. Chan and team. I am a very nervous dental patient but Dr. Chan has been phenomenally understanding and reassuring, and does a great job. In addition, her staff is just as caring and helpful as she is (e.g., Dr. Kim, Lida, Chin, Marsha and more). While I still get a tad bit nervous before an appointment, but I am keeping them because I know I am in good hands.
Dr. Chan and the whole group are amazing. Super professional and charming dentists. As soon as you walk in this clinic you know you are in the hands of the best in Toronto. They changed my life by recommending a mouth guard rather than a c-pap machine.
I’ve been going to Downtown Dentistry for about fifteen years, after trying out other dental offices. I am a really anxious patient who has a big aversion to dental appointments.
