It is rare to find a doctor so well equipped, gifted, to meet a patients every need whether it be in the operating room or by bedside! His positive, uplifting and motivating attitude is contagious and healing!

Dr. Baker has always been very polite and pleasant while being professional, respectful and personable. He takes time to answer my questions whether just for my education as well as my physical issues. You can tell he wants to do his ultimate best to help people. He celebrates with you with success he has contributed to. He looks you in the eye and sports a pleasant smile as he talks and listens. I highly recommend his expertise in the field of neurosurgery.
Abolutely the best care I have ever received. The improvements to my neck were exceptional and I have gone back to full activities including work, exercise and looking forward to summer hiking. I am sleeping, almost 3 to 4 hours more per night than before I had the neck surgery. I come to my appointments and they are timely and staff are always friendly and efficient. This has been a great experience that has so improved my health and quality of life. Excellent! Thank you Dr Baker.
Dr. Baker is one of the most confident and professional Dr's I have dealt with in 40 years, I would recommend him to anyone, he is a good man and a great Dr!
I am very pleased at what he did for me, I do not have anymore pain in my lower back, and as for me I am very pleased with the work he did for me, and he is also very caring to how my back is doing and he also gives good advice on what a person should do in making the right decision on other things to improve your health for a healthy back, so in closing I would recommend him to all my friends and relatives, he also fixed the mess up the hospital did in minot nd he is a very caring Dr.
I have had rheumtoid arthritis for over 40 years. Over that time period I have needed 11 various surgeries, six of them on my spine. The six surgeries were done by 3 different neurosurgeons, one of which is Dr Baker. While all three of my neurosurgeons have been exceptional, Dr Baker stands head and shoulders above the other two. I know I will need another spine surgery in the future and when its time, I will have Dr Baker perform it, no matter where he is practicing.
