Everyone was super helpful, professional and nice.
As someone with a rare condition, I have found Dr. Wolff to be impressively innovative in thinking about possible treatment options. He's been quite collaborative in discussing other treatment changes. I encountered numerous neurologists along the diagnostic journey who were not helpful at all (or worse). I'm am thankful to have found Dr. Wolff and include him on my care team.
I would recommend Dr. Wolff. He was patient answering many Qs I had, explaining the EMG procedure, and outlining what next steps might be. I had to wait over an hour to see him, and had my appt rescheduled multiple times during the pandemic. I'm trying to be flexible in these times and suspect everyone is doing their best. In the end, I received great service.
Dr. Wolff is always kind, professional and caring. He takes the time to listen.
The reception at check in was professional, prompt and pleasant. I knew then this was a good place. After what I consider an unusually short wait, I saw the Dr. and I was put at ease.
Had a great video conference with Dr Wolf. He listened to my concerns and problems I’m having. Sounds like he will help me as much as possible. Seems like a real nice guy and professional. He said he would get back to me after some research. Looking forward to see what he comes up with and getting some help. Lizzie was a big help too. Thank you!
During the Covid-19 pandemic, it was reassuring to see that Dr. Wolff's office setting was clearly in compliance with the safe practice standards. Patient were given ample space to social distance and hand sanitizers were easily accessible.
