I have a high deductible PPO and do not need referrals to see a physician in my network. I called to schedule an appointment at my husbands recommendation since he is a physician and knows Dr. Wolff from the hospital and was told I could not schedule an appointment unless they had a referral. Staff not helpful at all. Will find another physician who's staff wants to schedule a new patient.

This is Franci Greenberg. I saw Adam Wolff for 2 1/2 years . He nor his co-worker Dr. Moon could never figure out my diagnosis of CRPS type 2 Causalgia. He did nothing for me but put me through hell. I would NEVER recommend these guys. They just don't get it.

Doesn't review patient records to fully understand issue. Shoots from the hip in terms of diagnosis. Very nice man, but not detailed and not thoughtful in reviewing patient background to properly diagnose. Would never go back.

I saw him for an initial visit, and a MRI was ordered for my non-descript symptoms. I have been very concerned about my condition. I didn't hear about the results for 3 weeks because his staff member transposed my telephone number. I assumed all was well until I called to follow-up. This is a human error that should be reviewed and addressed. Indeed, all is not well, and communications were untimely and only through a PA, not the Dr.

I have been struggling with something scary and unknown for year and a half. While their office is very knowledgeable and the schedulers are on it quickly the doctors themselves as well as medical staff do not return calls and do not call when they say they will during scheduled times. I do not apologize for it either. My guess is that they are overworked and under paid but this reflects poorly on patients.

Dr. Wolff does not seem to care at all about the patient on a personal or professional level. When my mom was in rehab , even the nurses and doctors there were surprised how uncooperative and ‘indifferent’ his office was in respect to a deteriorating patient. They would not return calls, offer any true treatment guidance or admit that they didn’t have the answers and pass us on to someone who might. I’ll never forget going to an appointment with her where I told Dr. Wolf that I was concerned
