My nose was big, but Ok. Many people would say forget it, are you crazy. Your nose is perfect, you look amazing. But with age, I don't know, you loose all that baby fat and all I saw was my nose in pictures. I had been wanting to do this procedure for quite some time. After interviewing many doctors in this area I decided to choose Dr. Jacono. A TRUE ARTIST . At times i think what the outcome of my surgery might have been had i trusted anyone other than Dr Jacono. I did my research well, spoke to and saw his artistry first hand on many of his patients, and upon meeting with and speaking to him, he was it for me . When i see him, i smile. For the past few years I've noticed an accelerated ageing of my lower face and neck. At age 61 I felt it was too premature to look and feel this way. Results exceeded my expectations. I trusted dr Jacono from the start. This is one of my largest spending lately but well worth it. I look much younger, very happy and husband very happy as well. I recommend this procedure with dr Jacono! Also, as a bonus, very professional and caring staff and office is clean and beautiful.

I'm generally youthful in appearance for my age, except for a "turkey neck" and sagging jowls. I was reluctant to have plastic surgery for fear of scarring. It was important that the problem be fixed without being obvious that I had had a face and neck lift. Happily, Dr. Jacono delivered, and my appearance has improved how I wanted without having it apparent due to scarring or other tell tale signs.

I went to see Dr Jacono based on his reviews, he charges 200.00 consult. He is very nice man very knowledgeable and knows his work. That said he is a doctor for the rich only. He charges more than double what most doctors charge. I went to his 5th Ave office. He showed me pictures and told me what I would need. The pictures he shows are wonderful. Some male Hollywood stars have facelifts that look so un-natural. I didn't want that, even tho, in my own eyes, I was in need of a facelift, given my "droopy dog" look at age 68. My brother, who works in the medical field, said find someone who specializes in male facelifts. I did my research and found Dr. Jacono. The photos on his website were amazing. Doctor Jacono did an amazing job on my rhinoplasty and I am very happy with the outcome. He made sure to answer any questions I had about the procedure, and he made me feel extremely comfortable through it all.
