Results exceeded my expectations. I trusted dr Jacono from the start. This is one of my largest spending lately but well worth it. I look much younger, very happy and husband very happy as well. I recommend this procedure with dr Jacono! Also, as a bonus, very professional and caring staff and office is clean and beautiful.
I'm generally youthful in appearance for my age, except for a "turkey neck" and sagging jowls. I was reluctant to have plastic surgery for fear of scarring. It was important that the problem be fixed without being obvious that I had had a face and neck lift. Happily, Dr. Jacono delivered, and my appearance has improved how I wanted without having it apparent due to scarring or other tell tale signs.
I went to see Dr Jacono based on his reviews, he charges 200.00 consult. He is very nice man very knowledgeable and knows his work. That said he is a doctor for the rich only. Some male Hollywood stars have facelifts that look so un-natural. I didn't want that, even tho, in my own eyes, I was in need of a facelift, given my "droopy dog" look at age 68. Doctor Jacono did an amazing job on my rhinoplasty and I am very happy with the outcome. He made sure to answer any questions I had about the procedure, and he made me feel extremely comfortable through it all. I'm so pleased with the results of my nose. It's so darn cute and finally I see definition in my tip. I always hated the distance between my lip and my nose. I tried a filler once and it just made my top lip stick out and look silly. I started researching lip lift procedures and this site was very helpful, so I thought it only right to post my results to possibly help someone else as well.
