I could not be more pleased with my new nose! It's only been two weeks and it looks better every single day as the swelling subsides. From the moment that I walked into Dr. Jacono's office, I felt at ease. When we talked about my rhinoplasty during the initial consultation, he listened to my concerns and what I wanted to achieve. During the last 5 years, I have had a mid-face lift ( with correction of a bad lower Bleph originally done by another doctor), several "refreshers" with Perlane, and most recently a bull-horn Lip Lift. I researched Dr. Jacono for a while and was amazed at his work. At age 54, I looked tired and wanted a more refreshed natural look with very little scars. Dr. Jacono made my tired eyes new again . I'm a man in my fifty's and now I look years younger. Dr. Jacono is an expert at what he does, and he is a perfectionist, which is a quality you want when somebody is putting a blade to your face. His office and staff are very professional and they make you feel like part of your family. Price is irrelevant when your looking for the best, and Dr. Jacono is the best in his field. Also he is a wizard with botox and other fillers. I Love this man!

had long standing double chin, very puffy under eyes. Was considering surgery for a while. Concern with how i would look and how others would react. No regrets, came out fantastic. I decided to both at the same time. I think this was a good idea. There is not a lot of pain post op, but my experience was that it took longer than two weeks to look ready for the public, i would say three weeks is when you will look normal after eye's. Totally worth it.
I went for a consult with Dr. Jacono to discuss a necklift/lower facelift. I thought my face looked pretty good, but I always felt my turkey neck aged me and I was uncomfortable about it for years. I selected Dr. Jacono for facial sugary after much research and after consulting a number of top doctors in this field. He is highly qualified innovative and made me feel comfortable that he was invested in me as a person and my specific goals. He uses a very natural and aesthetic approach.
