had long standing double chin, very puffy under eyes. Was considering surgery for a while. Concern with how i would look and how others would react. No regrets, came out fantastic. There is not a lot of pain post op, but my experience was that it took longer than two weeks to look ready for the public, i would say three weeks is when you will look normal after eye's. Dr. Jacono is an excellent doctor. He is professional and very skilled at what he does. After Dr. Jacono completed my scar revision and follow-up treatments, the appearance of my scar has improved by at least 70%. As it stands now, once you have a scar, you always have a scar. This year I underwent undereye surgery where Dr. Jacono brilliantly removed a lot of excess skin from under my eyes and then used my own skin to fill in the hollows.
