I was able to book an appointment for a full Eye exam on the same day. Insurance billing requests and appointment reminders were sent prior to the appointment. On arrival, reception greeted me and without delay completed the pre screen tests explaining what was being tested and showing kindness and patience. Dr.Denny Fong was on time and very professional and effecient. He anticipated my questions and concerns and explained eye health tips as he tested. It was super busy so wait times were long- total time was nearly two hours. The staff and doctor were professional and tried their best to be accommodating despite the circumstances.
