The doctor was really good, he briefed the details in depth ensuring that I make the right decision. Only issue was they gave me contact lenses on number lower than mine as they were out of my number so they gave me wrong sample to try contacts.

The service is always excellent, from the girls at reception, to the optometrists. Very clean premises and super friendly and knowledgeable staff! Highly recommend!

The reception and check in process was very smooth and welcoming. The Optometrist was very helpful, knowledgeable and addressed all my questions. He was very busy but still took his time to thoroughly explain my results with me. I would recommend this Center and Optometrist.

This was my 2nd visit to this facility. I can’t say enough how impressed I was. The staff is so friendly, very efficient. Dr. Jacky Ng I think is one of the nicest people I have meet. He is so friendly. Explains everything that is being done and why. I have been to a few different eye exams places and I have never felt so at ease like in LensCrafters t the Eaton centre
